Present: Chair  Roy Thordarson, Officers, Donna Brode, Bob Gillan and Brock Love; also present Registrar Bob Baker regrets John Hardie.

The following is the summary of the requests and funding for this year.

1. Reach Community Health Centre Dental Clinic approved in the amount of $3,000.00
2. Ottawa Mission Dental Clinic request for funding approved in the amount of $2,000.00
3. Semiahmoo Dental Outreach, Philippines Project approved in the amount of $6,000.00
4. Semiahmoo Outreach, Viet Nam Project funding approved in the amount of $5,000.00
5. Dental Outreach Community Service, London Ontario approved in the amount of $6,500.00
6. Grace Community Church, Guatemala Project funding approved in the amount of $7,000.00
7. Street Angels Society, Vancouver funding approved in the amount of $10,000.00
8. Speroway Funding approved in the amount of $5,500.00
9. Remote Area Medical Volunteers of Canada funding approved in the amount of $2,000.00

The Officers specified that the funding was for supplies ,equipment  and building requirements not for salaries.

All of the above motions were approved unanimously.

The Officers discussed the need to expand our donator pool from Fellows and also to consider outside sources of donations.  The Officers agreed to consider options for funding of our expanding number of requests for grants and that further discussion would occur  in the fall.
